- How does the free move work?
You must live within 10 miles and rent a 10 x 10 or larger. We provide the truck and driver free of charge, you do the loading and unloading. You get one hour to load, follow us back and get one hour to unload. The move must be scheduled at the time of the rental. It is a 15-foot truck and is equipped with a ramp and comes with dollies.

- How close is Huck Finn's Mini-Warehouse to the harbor?
We are located approximately four miles from the Oceanside harbor.
- Do I provide my own lock?
Yes, but we sell locks if you do not have one.
- How long have you been in business?
30 years. - How long has management been in place?
16 years. - What size truck can get in?
Up to 25 - 28 foot Uhauls. Sorry, no semis.
- What security measures do you have in place?
We have cameras, the manager lives on the premises, and each tenant has their own personal gate code.
- Do you ever have break-ins?
Very infrequently. We consider security a top priority and strive to continually make improvements.
- Do you insure?
No. However, we do have insurance information available through Tenant One (800-842-5246).
- What do I pay to move in?
The first months rent plus the security deposit and one-time $3.00 administrative fee.
- What is the minimum rental period?
We have a month to month lease with a minimum of one month.
- What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept local checks and cash.
- Do you have inside vehicle storage?
No. We have outside parking only, which is fenced and paved.
- How tall are the units?
They run from 8 feet to 10 feet tall.
